Overall we remain at a Prep Level 1. Some talks of Spring Dip here and some Spring Dip there, but not what you find at a fancy dinner party. Just that brief little interlude that gets everyone spun up a bit quicker. Well, I guess that depends on the level of activity each of the organization faces.

In the meantime, onboarding, onboarding and more onboarding followed by equipment run-ups.
